Anderski Contractor Stays was established as a specialist division of the Anderski Property Group after seeing the same issue repeat across engineering, construction and manufacturing projects in the North West: teams arriving on site with nowhere reliable to stay, or being routed through third-party agencies that add cost, delay and an extra layer of communication.

We built a direct model instead. We manage our own portfolio of fully furnished properties across Chester, Deeside and Ellesmere Port, so we can confirm availability quickly, keep pricing straightforward, and give every client a single, named point of contact for the length of their project.

Today we support procurement teams, project and site managers, HR departments and recruitment agencies who need accommodation sorted properly whether that’s one contractor for two weeks or a full project team for the length of a build.
